All dishes should be clean, dried and put away in an orderly way
Place all furniture back in original position
Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days

Up the open stairway to the bonus room with 2 more queens and a brand new comfortable queen sofa bed, an option available with a push of a button. Perfect deck with both sun and a great shady tree. A favorite place to be and enjoy the new outdoor furniture, as well as the dock, fire pit, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a paddle boat! An outdoor lovers dream. This home has it all, including central air, washer, dryer, dishwasher and internet. Streaming TV upstairs, so bring your passwords!
