House must be left in same general condition when rented.
Please keep thermostat to 72 degrees or higher
House keeping does not return bottles & cans.
We provide towels on a per person basis.
Beds are made with fresh linens.
3 XL trash bag maximum pick up on check out day.

Please leave sheets on beds
Place towels in the shower of the main floor bathroom
All dishes should be clean, dried and put away in an orderly way
Place all furniture back in original position
Toys, games, kayaks, yard furniture etc, should be placed in original posiions
Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)
We will pick up 3 "liftable" XL exterior trash bags for disposal
Please, don't leave bottles and cans, our staff can't make time to recycled on check out days

The Westwood is located at the mouth of Far West Lake in Canadian Lakes, which is a no-wake portion of the lake. This allows for the best of both worlds. Enjoy a peaceful morning kayak session on Far West, and in the afternoon go for a pleasure cruise on the All Sports Main Lake! All told you have access to Far West Lake, West Lake, Main Lake, Far East Lake, or Finger lake! Cruise your pontoon and park it conveneiently next to ice cream, dinner, drinks, grocery store and even a pharmacy if you need it! Yes, indeed! Canadian Lakes has it all! On 700+ acres of water with 5 fantastic beaches. Pontoon rental IS available at The Westwood — BUT it sleeps so many, we may not be able to fit all of you into one boat! We will do our best to try though!
