Please make Desiree aware of anything that might have become broken or damaged (preferably when it occurs)

An epic home with one of the best beaches in Canadian Lakes, and every comfort inside and out - realized! The Islander IS your dream vacation beach house! Proudly resting on one of the most exclusive streets in Canadian Lakes, the Islander boasts astonishing views of the main lake and surrounding area. Whether you want peace and quiet or fun and sun, you can have it all!
As you enter the home, an open floor plan makes for spaciousness, yet intimacy with friends and family. Gather in the kitchen with ample seating for 10 plus a breakfast bar! The kitchen and living room is your segway to a magnificent composite deck with multiple patios - but let me finish the interior tour for you first! Master bedroom with queen sized bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, and glorious view of the lake for starters. Attached master bath with shower, tub and double sinks (with a remodel coming spring 2024!) provides privacy and space. Bedroom number 2 down the hall (past a convenient half-bath) also has an ensuite accommodation. Another queen sized bed and flat screen TV are present for bedroom number 2!
Make your way downstairs through a charming den and office space to another living-room with great funiture, pull out sofa & with another flat screen TV. The bedroom to the right has a King sized bed, and day bed! There’s even extra room for a pack-n-play if needed. Bedroom to the left is a beautiful sleigh bed, queen sized, with another flat screen TV. There is no shortage of closets space, and extra elbow room for all!
Ready to check out the outside?
The Islander has multiple patios, lets begin with your walk out lower-level grand patio. You’ll find a heating element and plenty of seating, surrounded in lime-light hydrangeas and black-eyed-susans. A thoughtfully designed stone terrace takes you down to another patio midway, followed by the starkly superb beach below. Beach lounger + a sandy beach = HEAVEN !!
